Jon serves as SHINE's CFO. He is a senior financial professional drawing upon more than 20 years of experience in various industries. Working as a CPA at KPMG LLP, Jon provided strategic and financial consulting services to businesses. Since 2012, Jon has led solar company DFW Solar Electric, and he holds a BS in Accountancy from Miami University.

Rajiv serves as SHINE's President. Rajiv Pandya brings deep technical and commercial knowledge of the renewable energy industry and extensive management experience from the corporate world. Rajiv is also EVP of Project Development at the microgrid company Hover Energy, and a Manager at the cleantech fund Clean Feet Investors. Before focusing full time on the renewable energy industry in 2010, Mr. Pandya was with The Dow Chemical Company for 23 years, including his last ten years overseas in Thailand and China as Director of Purchasing for the Company’s Asia Pacific Region. Rajiv holds a BS Electrical Engineering from The University of Houston, and an MBA from The Cameron School of Business.

Rachael serves as SHINE's Operations Director. She specializes in project management and process optimization and is director of the non-profit, Houston Renewable Energy Group. She previously worked in operations and LEAN Six Sigma roles at Praxair. She holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from SUNY Buffalo and a BS in Music from Adelphi University.

Jon serves as SHINE’s general counsel. He is an experienced solar energy finance and development professional with a long track record from concept to construction of sourcing, structuring, and executing successful solar energy projects. Mr. Staley has previously worked at Latham & Watkins and served as Director of Legal Affairs at Distributed Sun, LLC. He holds a JD from the Northwestern University School of Law where he served on the Editorial Board of the Law Review,, and he has a BA from Bowdoin College.
